What makes a talisman more than an image?
In the tradition followed by Sinotaoism, a talisman’s blessing is understood to depend on both the maker’s spiritual cultivation and the ritual through which it is prepared. The written design alone is not the whole practice.
Ru Hui (入讳) is an essential part of that preparation: through this ritual, the talisman is prepared to carry the blessing of the tradition. Each Sinotaoism paper talisman is made to order with Ru Hui included.
Allow approximately 5–7 days for making and ritual preparation before dispatch. Before adding this item to your cart, share your intention, Gregorian date of birth and preferred contact method in Prepare your order. These details help us understand your request.
These descriptions express Taoist beliefs and devotional intentions, rather than a promise of a particular outcome.
